Cove
React Native product work inside a performance-focused consumer app: feature development, Unity island integration through react-native-unity, Mixpanel instrumentation, Meta growth support, CI/CD, and Android release operations.
Client Systems
Mobile and frontend systems across healthcare, telecom, fintech, NFT, and consumer products. Work includes React Native modernization, React 18 redesigns, SIP communication flows, real-time engagement, and CI/CD pipelines.
Campaign Worlds
Campaign systems for fashion, wellness, cinematic storytelling, and social-first production. Most are generated; one is not, and each says which on its own page. Selected worlds include Real Metal / Diesel-Land, Adidas Tokyo, She’s, Gentle Monster x JoJo, Muck Everyday Wash, and Nammos. Currently in progress: Dark Mediterranean, Airport Checkpoint, and You’re Late, Rabbit. Filmed rather than generated: Alessandro Taini, a portrait of the concept artist’s body of work shot on a camera, cut on a timeline, and screened at Comic-Con San Diego 2026.
Workflow Engines
Structured AI production pipelines using Runway, Weavy, ComfyUI, LoRA concepts, modular prompting, visual continuity systems, node workflows, Python scripting, and API-connected rapid prototyping.
Phokus
The studio site itself, built as its own first case. A briefing that teaches the categorisation before showing any work, an index built as a viewfinder rather than a grid, and a small tool that turns a Notion campaign page into a case page. Plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with no framework or build step.
Cipher
Offline AI-assisted translation and summarization workflows for sensitive creative documents, built with Flask, React, Docker, and localized ML thinking for secure production environments.
